The 7th annual UMDE will feature Steve Campbell on selecting and breeding cattle for performance in an all-grass environment using linear measuring and time tested principles from great cattle breeders like Jan Bonsma, Gearld Fry and Johan Zietsman. Hands-on ringside Q&A.
We are also privileged to feature 7th generation farmer and forage expert Daniel Olson, his presentation will focus on the forage and management for grass finishing successfully.
Other topics include host farm stories, Plant-O-Vator demonstration, a pasture walk and more!
Select cattle will be available private treaty, no auction this year. Please contact one of the host farms ahead of the event.
